| It is Federal
Law to only ship medication to the address registered with the
physician’s DEA number. In order to better serve each patient and ensure
a user-friendly service it will be necessary for each physician’s office
to register Health Access Initiative as a second office address. This
will enable HAI to track each medication order and resolve any problems
with shipment. It will enable HAI to contact patients to pick up
medications (at the HAI office) and track refill orders in an efficient
manner thus minimizing office staff involvement. You will find the necessary documents online at: www.usdoj.gov/dea/ Once you have completed this procedure please update the HAI office so we can begin ordering medications for your client.
