General Information

Health Access Initiative is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to healthcare for uninsured adults living in Hall County. It is built on a collaboration of local organizations including: Northeast Georgia Medical Center, Good News Community Health Center, Med Link Gainesville, Georgia Mountains Community Services, Hall County Health Department and Department of Family and Children Services.

As a project of the Hall County Medical Society, this physician-led initiative seeks to integrate and coordinate the efforts of existing healthcare providers to improve capacity for a growing underserved population.

To become eligible for HAI privileges a client must be able to document the following:
  • Residency in Hall County
  • Total household income below 150% Federal Poverty Level
  • No private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid or Veteran’s Benefits
  • No other pharmaceutical coverage
  • Must be referred by a private physician who is a member of the physician network.

To enroll a patient into the HAI network, please complete and fax the referral form to HAI.
